Czar was bred by Amy Lane of Allegiance PWD's in Michigan and owned by Peggy Helming and Milan Lint.  Thank you Peggy and Milan for entrusting this special boy in our care.  He will be a great contribution to not only the Keeva Bay breeding program but to the breed as a whole.  His jovial and loving disposition and his eagerness to work and please makes this boy a pleasure and a joy to live, work and play with!  Welcome Czar!
